Information we collect

• Listing claims — your name, email address, and phone number when you claim a listing, used to verify that you represent the business.
• Quote and contact requests — the name, contact details, and message you submit through a listing’s request form. These are delivered to the business you chose to contact.
• Owner accounts — the email address you sign in with to manage a claimed listing.
• Usage analytics — anonymous page views and interactions, collected via Google Analytics and PostHog, used to understand how the directory is used and to improve it.
• Spam protection — forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process technical signals from your browser to distinguish people from bots.

How we use it

We use this information to operate the directory: verifying listing ownership, delivering the requests you send to businesses, sending the transactional emails those actions require (such as claim-verification links), and improving the site. We do not sell personal information.

Payments

Paid placements are billed through Stripe. Card details are entered on and processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.

Email

We send transactional email (claim verification, lead notifications) through Brevo. Non-essential updates always include an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing never affects your listing.

Third-party listing data

Business details, ratings, review counts, and some photos shown in the directory come from Google, and are attributed on the page where they appear. That data describes businesses, not visitors to this site.

Corrections and removal

Business owners can claim their listing to correct its details directly. Anyone can ask us to correct or remove personal information we hold about them by emailing verify@mail.topratedmobile.com.
